• Lease privately owned office, industrial, and storage space throughout County of Orange for County's use
  
  
• Lease and license County property to privately held businesses or public entities via Request for Proposals
  
  
• Sell County property when declared surplus by the Board of Supervisors
  
  
• Acquire property for County’s use
  
  
• Acquire easements for County’s use and grant easements across County property
  
  
• Maintain a database of County buildings, land, and leased facilities
  
  
• Maintain a mailing list of individuals and businesses interested in leasing or purchasing County property when available
